Scratch Assignment

In both of my scratch drawing attempts I learned a few tricks....I enjoyed the second one, just as Miles put it, drawing doesn't have to be exact. On my artistic abilities, that comes to be quite truthful, since I'm not such a great drawer.

Sophia Soberon is my other. I met her during some filming for a video production project and asked her to give me a hand. She was a great aid....punt intended. I learned she's from Spain...and has lived in Mexico. I also learned that she is the secretary for the LSU here at SOU and also a Multicultural Senator for ASSOU. Thank you Sophia.

Fun with some electrical sockets. As the LOL wars continue on the cyber world, the smiley symbols keep being one of the most prominent way to new communication. This image represents this idea with some slang and the imagery portraying smiley faces.

Wk 4 - Other

I have been a fan of this MMORPG game that is web based. One of the advantages I have for this game is that also available in the App store from Apple. At first sight it reminded me of the Pokemon characters that many young and old have come to be familiar within past years. EPW is a great game for it's simple design, yet eye catching characteristics.

This is one of many attempts in photoshop that have come out quite nicely. I was able to make the SAD letters stand out from her forehead stating the obvious, and also at the bottom the same letters in a more subtle way.
